Just like every other industry, there are a few rotten apples among Kratom vendors. Although we at Golden Monk don’t like the idea of badmouthing anyone, it’s equally important to help ensure that consumers like you don’t get taken advantage of. Therefore, we’ve put together a few tips to help you spot bad Kratom vendors.
We’re also including a list that Reddit users have labeled as “the worst online vendors.” Keep in mind that each person’s experience varies, and we can’t vouch for any Reddit user’s opinion.
Quality Kratom vendors are happy to offer a satisfaction guarantee for their products. If a vendor doesn’t do so – or if they refuse to stand behind their guarantee – you should steer clear of them.
If you don’t get the product you ordered, or if there’s another issue with your order, a reputable vendor will allow you to return it for an exchange or a refund.
Don’t buy from a Kratom vendor that makes it next to impossible to contact them. This typically means that customer support will be non-existent.
Kratom isn’t supposed to be laced with anything. Avoid companies that sell adulterated products such as Krypton Kratom, along with any vendors that have a reputation for selling stuff that’s too strong to be pure Kratom.
A single bad review from one disgruntled consumer could be anything from a misunderstanding to a buyer who was having a very bad day. Before writing a company off, be sure to look for reviews from multiple sources.
Reddit weighs in on the worst of the worst here. Golden Monk is presenting this as a cautionary guide, but we don’t vouch for this list one way or the other. As always, it’s best to do your own homework, check the points listed above, and go with your instincts.
Per Reddit users, Kratom Eye costs “too much money” and “the quality just wasn’t very good.” On the plus side, this vendor’s “customer service was fine, though.”
Some Reddit users dislike this website’s “fear mongering, high prices, and low quality.” Others defend the quality of EntheoFarm’s Kratom but agree that the prices are way too high.
This vendor earned negative remarks on Reddit for selling a product that some “don’t even think was real Kratom.”
Members of Reddit’s Kratom forum have been upset with Authentic Kratom since a 2016 discussion in which the owner went off on a customer in a thread. Other reported issues include not receiving invoices or timely delivery.
Several Reddit consumers reported having their BikHuk order seized and destroyed by customs. Even worse, this bulk Kratom vendor reportedly “rants about US customs” to affected customers, followed by “no refund, no more responses, no package.” If you ever want to check out our list of some of the best bulk Kratom vendors in existence, be sure to check them out on our website.
Again, all of these opinions stem from Reddit, but it’s definitely wise to take them into consideration.
